 Palace Re-use and Recycle Pricing

Palace Re-use and Recycle has a number of pricing options, all at a one-off single cost. All prices exclude VAT, a full VAT invoice will be issued with each purchase.

For FRN Members and Other Charities (charities only)

Single Licence £1,950 Single computer or database.
Each Additional User or Database * £400 Allows other users run the software within the organisation, each user may run a seperate database if required.
FRN Membership Wide Licence
STRICTLY FRN MEMBERS ONLY		 £2,800 No 'Single Licence' required, allows the entire FRN member organisation to use the software without limitation, even at home (totally unrestricted within a single FRN membership).
FRN Membership Wide Licence (upgrade) *
STRICTLY FRN MEMBERS ONLY		 £850 As above, buy this in addition to the 'Single Licence'.

Purchasing (charities)

To purchase call 0845 644 4798. Licence keys are available immediately over the phone once the organisation agrees to buy. An invoice will be emailed and sent via the post (payable within 30 days).

For Other Organisations (any commercial organisation/local authority)

Single Licence £3000 Single computer and single database.
Each Additional Client Licence * £500 Allows additional users to connect to the above single database.
Additional Client Licence with Additional Database * £1,000 Allows additional users to run their own databases within the same organisation.
Bulk Licence (up to 10 users + single database) £10,000 Up to 10 users connecting to a single database within a single organisation.
Bulk Licence (up to 10 users + 10 databases) £12,500 Up to 10 users where each can run their own database within a single organisation.

Purchasing (commercial/local authority)

To purchase call 0845 644 4798 where either on-line credit card or 'invoice' payment will be arranged. Licence keys will be sent out as soon as payment is received.

Support

Up to five hours of support is provided free of charge within six months of purchase for each full licence.

As this product is a one-off purchase with no mandatory 'subscription' fees, additional support may either be purchased on a 'pay as you go basis' chargable at £40 per hour or 20 hours support may be purchased in advance each calendar year for £200 which is non-refundable.

Standard support does not include visits to client premisis. Such visits are made only by special arrangement and may incur additional charges.
